Confirmchair provides software for clinics to manage appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and related scheduling communications.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are authorized to act on behalf of your clinic or business.

3. Clinic Responsibilities

Your clinic agrees to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service only for lawful appointment-related communications
• Obtain any required patient consent before sending SMS messages
• Maintain accurate patient contact data
• Comply with applicable privacy, healthcare, consumer protection, and messaging laws

4. SMS Program Description

Confirmchair is used to send appointment-related SMS messages, including reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling follow-up. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's wireless carrier plan. Patients can reply STOP to opt out and START to opt back in where supported.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Confirmchair to:

• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading messages
• Impersonate another business or person
• Upload or use data you are not authorized to use

6. Fees

If paid plans are offered, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Data and Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the service and stored data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confirmchair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
